Activities

When we were at Stairway last week, we did many fun activities with the kids. Each year, the Stairway Foundation has a theme; and this year it was "
The Millennium Development Goals For Children's Rights". One activity we did was to make a print ad (a painting) of one of the goals in our group. It was a great experience to put our thoughts into our artwork and see the different artistic talents of the Stairway kids.

Our Trip to Stairway!

We recently came back from our trip to Stairway, and we can honestly say that it was one of the most moving experiences of our lives. The kids were unbelievably funny, talented, intelligent, modest, kind, and filled with happiness. It was great spending an entire week together.

There were so many activities to do in Stairway and there was so many things to learn. People have the misconception that a trip to Stairway Foundation is all about teaching the kids something- in truth, the kids teach every single individual something that reaches out to our heart. They don't lecture, they teach with their actions, their limited words and their hearts. Stairway Foundation is a great place to visit and there are great experiences that await you there.

Study by World Health Organization estimated that the number of victims goes over 40 million every year and nearly 400.000 children nationwide are selling sex.
Although organizations have tried to defend these poor childrens; however, issues continues to this day.
